When it comes to being kind, we are all connected

This was one of my latest class lessons in 6th grade. Students put together puzzles with different quotes on them. These quotes related to kindness and friendships. After a discussion about these quotes, students set a goal for themselves on something they could do to show kindness to others. They then decorated a puzzle piece and wrote this goal on it. This is the hallway display I put up with their puzzle pieces.
