I found this idea on another amazing blogger site (shown below) and decided to incorporate this into my leadership club. I run a club for 6th grade students to build their leadership skills. The kids wrote down "keys to being a good friend" on post its and we put them on windows in the cafeteria. They then decorated keys for the center display and this is how it turned out. We need to add some more post its to increase the color :)
