New reward system for counseling students

I used to have a sticker system for kids that I saw for direct counseling. I decided to try something new this year. I have each students name on a clothespin and they will get to move the clothespin down each time they see me (and they worked hard, of course). I will make sure I put the students name where it belongs before they come and see me and I will take it off after they leave for confidentiality. Once they have seen me 4 times, they get to choose a prize! I chose to have it go along with our character education program (C.A.R.E.)
